How to Solve Printer Problems?

Printer problems are a great issue for many PC users. If you experience it try these things to solve the problem on your Printer:

Check the cables first. Unplug and replug it into the computer. Be sure that the power cable is plugged into the outlet works.
Check to make sure the correct printer is selected in the print Dialog box. If you are on a network, you could be sending the output to a printer in someone else room.
Can you print from a different application? That is, is it showing error only when that particular application is being print.

Try reinstalling the software. Delete the old driver and then install the software again.
If the error lights are flashing then read the error message and act accordingly (paper jams, no paper, cartridge wrong installation etc).
If your printer is paused then go to star menu, go to settings, then to printers. Double click it select “File” in the top corner and verify that “Pause Printing” does NOT have a check mark next to it.
If your printer is not responding see whether it is in on line mode and has paper. Clear all the contents in the memory and cancel all documents and try again.
